Who can buy cryptocurrency on Bitupex.com?

We offer our services only for European citizens. So, if you are from European country, you have bank/digital bank account (IBAN) and able to make or receive SEPA transfers - you will easily buy or sell cryptocurrency on Bitupex.com.

How can i buy/sell cryptocurrency?

You must register on Bitupex.com and confirm your account. With Basic and Premium account you are able to buy and sell cryptocurrencies with 10 000 EUR daily and 300 000 EUR monthly limits.

How long it will take to buy or sell cryptocurrency?

We work really fast and if you do your payment (EUR or cryptocurrency) between Monday 08:00 to Friday 14:00, the process will take from 2 hours to 3 working days. If you do your payment between Friday 14:00 to Monday 08:00, then you will receive converted currency on Monday or until Wednesday. Don't forget, if you want to buy cryptocurrency, you must do SEPA transfer from your bank account, if you want to sell cryptocurrency you will receive payment with SEPA to your bank account.

How many cryptocurrency i can buy or sell on Bitupex.com?

At the moment you are able to buy or sell 15 cryptocurrencies with Euro: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Bitcoin cash (BCH), Ripple (XRP), Cardano (ADA), Ethereum Classic (ETC), NEO (NEO), EOS (EOS), Stellar (XLM), DASH (DASH), Zcash (ZEC), Iconomi (ICN), Monero (XMR), Tron (TRX). Coming soon more. Also, if you want to buy any of those cryptocurrencies, you must have your wallet's public address, otherwise we won't know where to transfer cryptocurrency.

How do i know what convertion rate will be?

Cryptocurrencies prices are changing every second, so we are unable to tell you exact exchange rate before you make an order. At this procedure, we will buy or sell your cryptocurrency with the best rate at that time we get a transaction from You. We use many different major cryptocurrency exchanges, so we can offer you best exchange rates.

What is your Fee?

• For Basic accounts we do not charge minimum order fee, but you won't be able to use all bitupex.com features. Other fees are included in the price.
• For Premium accounts we do not charge minimum order fee, and you will be able to use all bitupex.com features. Other fees are included in the price.

What is the minimum transfer amount buying or selling cryptocurrency?

The minimum amount of one order is 500 EUR.
